Corporate Orientation Programs

Objective of these programs is to bridge the gap between colleges and corporates by grooming graduates to meet the industry expectations. Colleges provide an opportunity to get awareness on their specific streams ,allow them to explore and enhance their knowledge. Most of the college students believe that the skills they acquire on campus are adequate to handle their work life , but many employers disagree.Transition from student phase to an employee phase career needs more attention as it involves a lot of preparation. We need to consider student’s goals and ambitions and accordingly help them choose a career plan. Eventually enable the person to accomodate with the corporate culture , this could only happen when there is a proper strategy in place.
